Alright, so I like to bake. I am adamant about getting certain recipes right. The thing is that I like to bake desserts even though I do not have much of a sweet tooth. So why the heck do I bake things I will not eat?
This morning I woke up and walked over to the fridge and reviewed its contents. Oh my God, did I really have 2 cakes in there? What am I going to eat for breakfast? I want some eggs, bacon and toast! Sigh, I had no bacon. But I did have the ingredients to make bread.
After Googling “easy + quick + bread + recipes” I decided to make focaccia bread. I would provide you with the recipe I used, but the fact is, I messed up. When the recipe asked for tsp I accidentally used tbsp, so I had to improvise. Meaning, I added a little bit more flour here and water there….without measuring.
And they said baking is science and needed to be exact! Your focaccia looked so delish, i’m craving for one.
