I can’t help but add custard to anything I can stuff custard into. I even have a big fat syringe (like this one) that I use to help me on my “stuff-everything-with-custard-mission.” So what did I choose to “custadardize” this time? Oh yeah, I totally just made that word up.

Yep, you guessed it! Donut muffins!!! This was my attempt at being healthy; not fried, but baked! And yes, I regress, *sigh*, they are also swimming in sugar, and stuffed with CUSTARD!

My sister has also made some donut muffins recently, hers are coated in cinnamon sugar and no custard. They are yummy!!
