Red velvet; how many different ways can one use the cake batter? Sure, you can do the usual cake and cupcakes, but why not play around a little? In an earlier post I showed you how you can make pancakes with red velvet batter. Here I went ahead and used a square baking pan to make red velvet squares. I do like red velvet with white chocolate chips. It not only tastes good, but I like the red and white colour contrast. 🙂
