Several weeks ago I made Snickerdoodle cookies for the first time, and fell in love! I loved the crunchy outside and the soft moist center. And the sugar and cinnamon sugar took it to another dimension. Last night I decided to make more, but this time I was eager to put something in the middle of them, so what I did was put a mini Rolo piece in the middle of each cookie.
