Cheesy Ground Beef Enchilada-Style Burritos

I am fan of Kevin & Amanda’s blog, so I follow them.  One morning as I skimmed through my e-mails I saw a picture of a delicious looking burrito. I am not a huge burrito fan, but this recipe looked interesting and straightforward.

Ingredients that I used:

1 can of refried beans

100 grams of mozzarella cheese (I did not get enough so I used slices of processed cheese to cover the “naked” burritos)

1 package of flour tortillas (I made 11 burritos so get a package of at least 12)

3 cups of ground beef (use as much as you like)

1 package of cheesy rice (because it was on sale for 99 cents)

1 bottle of tomato sauce (I used about 2 cups worth)

Once assembled I put them in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes on 300°C

**Sorry,  I don’t measure when I cook, so this is an approximation.

  1. This is insane! I thot you’d stop at pic 3 but you had to go on with the mozza and tomato sauce… Lol, I’m drooling here. How did the processed (cheddar?) cheese taste like with this?

I would love to hear from you!
